Returns & Warranty Policy

We strive to provide our customers with excellent quality products, however being the nature of electronics from time to time there may be faults. We offer a full 1-year warranty on all our products. 

If you happen to receive a faulty product, please get in contact with us right away at customerservice@themassageguys.com.au . We will be in contact with you as soon as possible and assess the issue. 

Once we receive the suspected faulty product, our team will assess the item and get back in contact with you within 1-2 working days. If the product is found to be faulty, we will repair or replace the faulty product and arrange for the product to be shipped back to you free of charge.

We don't refund orders for change of mind due to the logistics involved. However we are 100% committed to customer satisfaction, so if there's anything we can do to help, feel free to get in touch with one of our team at customerservice@themassageguys.com.au
